Here's an interesting Evo2, with the same owner for last 10 years.

The gentleman, or lady, has given the car plenty of attention, and spent a lot of dosh in the process. I quite like the rear end addition, it must have been a bugger to fit! and expensive too with a special silencer required. But it's only a plastic value reducer now.

In fact not much has been done to the poor car to add to its value, it's been painted Lambo yellow, and it'll need the rear bumper painting to match wether the bumper is replaced or not.

Was the car yellow to start with? Perhaps someone can find out.

The vendor has been honest about the small corrosion areas, but I

really hope he's kept all the original bits in the garage.

The interior is a worry, the front seats are Mitsubishi Recaro items, with the tilt handles, and all has been recovered in tan leather. So where are the original seats? If it's a real Giallo I would have thought keeping the seats black would be favourite.

So is it a real Giallo? A man can do a lot of alterations in 10 years.

The seats have been nicely re-covered, the diagonal centre panel stitching is great. The door cards have perforated sections also, it must have been a dear do.

I can't help thinking a real Evo2 interior would have the original high backs, even if they were recovered.

The dash and steering wheel will have to be tidied up too.

A lot of extra bits in here

I won't say anymore, oh well just 1 more thing...magnesium wheels? Are they 17s? If not why not the originals?

The owner has lavished this car with attention, and will want some of his investment back. But this is exactly what not to do with a handsome thoroughbred and expect to add value. It's £10,000 to much if you want my opinion!
