Integrale rear hub and diff mount bolt, nut and washers

You are invited to buy our Integrale rear suspension bolt. These are CNC turned at gentle low speed from solid EN24 high tensile steel bar, with the bolt head machined from the solid. The bolts are 10mm diameter to correctly fit the hub and the bushes, they are compatible with the upper diff mounts and locating rod bushes too.
The thread length and fine metric pitch are per the Lancia original part.
 
The supplied metric fine pitch Nyloc nut is grade 10.9 high-strength, made from quenched and tempered alloy steel, zinc plated with a minimum tensile strength of 150,000 PSI.
The 2 washers are heavy duty M10 x 30mm diam x 2.5mm thick stainless steel flat washers to give a good spread of pressure on the bushes, as per original. Nut tightening torque is 60Nm.
 
These bolts are a good tight fit in the hub, and the bushes have no slack when fitted, the thread being shorter means the bush rests on the solid bar. The fine thread pitch and strong Nylocs allow tightening to spec securely. I'm afraid they are expensive to produce, but you'll enjoy their security.
