Integrale rear hub and diff suspension mount bolt, nut and washers

You are invited to buy our Integrale rear suspension bolt, these fit 8v, 16v, Evo1 and 2. These bolts are CNC turned at gentle low speed from solid EN24 high tensile steel bar, with the bolt head machined from the solid. The bolts are 10mm diameter and the original Lancia length to correctly fit the hub and the bushes, they are compatible with the upper diff mounts too. The thread length and the fine metric pitch is per the Lancia original part, also the chamfered thread end for easy insertion. The recess at the bolt end is to mount on the CNC machining tool, it goes in 2mm or so.
 
The Nyloc nut supplied is grade 10.9 high-strength, made from quenched and tempered alloy steel with a minimum tensile strength of 150,000 PSI and zinc plated. The 2 supplied washers are heavy duty M10 x 30mm diam x 2.5mm thick stainless steel flat washers to give a good spread of pressure on the bushes, as per original. 
 
All this means that these bolts are a good tight fit in the hub, and the bushes have no slack when fitted, the thread and the bolt being the correct lengths means the bush rests on the solid bolt area, not on the thread as the cheaper items sold elsewhere. The fine thread pitch and strong Nylocs mean they can be torqued to spec securely. I'm afraid they are expensive to produce, but you'll enjoy their security.
 
Any multiple postage surplus I'll credit back to you, we've reduced the bolt price due to ordering a larger quantity, the quality of course remains the same as before. Don't accept an inferior product for this critical area, I use these bolts on my Deltas and I'm happy to rely on their security when thrashing them!
